Meaning of Brahma Vidyalaya And Ashram

Brahma is the state of continuity when everything unifies. Brahma Vidya is the knowledge of Brahma and can only be obtained by anihilating the mind with one who already is in this state such as a saint who knows Brahma Vidya. Brahma Vidyalaya is the place to learn Brahma Vidya.

Bhakti Yoga

Bhakti Yoga was first described in Upanishads and then it appears in Shrimad Bhagwadgita as the conversation of Shri Krishna and Arjun. The word Yoga means add of two. Bhakti Yoga is add of Bhakt and Bhagwan. This consists of internal and external metaphysical activities.

Adwait Gyan

Shri Aadiguru Sankaracharya re-established the ancient Adwait Gyan 1200 years back after completing his study of Vedas, Purans, Vedangas and all others from his guru Govindpadacharya in age of 13. He re-organized the old sanyas system in a very disciplined metaphysical sect called Dasnami Sanyasi. The top branch of fourth sect of Dasnami Sanyasi is famous in Vedas as Paramhans.

Re-establishment of Bhakti Yoga and Adwait Gyan

When Bhakti Yoga and Ancient Adwait Gyan again disappeared in Kaliyuga, This was re-established by Paramhans Dayal Swami Adwaitanandji Maharaj Paramhans. During his childhood Paramhans Dayal Ji was given mantra and Sanyas by the Swamiji of Kedarghat and when he reached the age of 17 he started his journey as a sanyasi from Chhapra. When he reached Jaipur, Swami Anandpuri Ji Paramhans declared him as his successor. He stayed there 20 years. His search ended with Swami Swarupanandji in Teri (Currently in Pakistan) and He taught him Bhakti Yoga and Adwait Gyan in the same way Shri Krishna taught to Arjun. This ancestry continued as Swami Swarupanandji given sanyas to Swami Aatmavivekanandji and Swami Shivdharmanandji and then sent them to Varanasi.

Foundation of Ashram

The Foundation StoneBrahma Vidyalaya and Ashram was founded in Chhotka Rajpur in 1949 by Swami Shivdharmanandji in order to move people towards self realization. After the samadhi of Swami Shivdharmanandji in 1999, Swami Satyanandji continued this great ancestry and currently he is helping people associated with ashram to move towards self realization with help of Bhakti Yoga and Adwait Gyan.
The Bhakti of these saints is a great example of Bhakti Yoga in itself and can't be described in words. It can be realized only by following their way.
